Add multiple serving size creations to app, and fix a bug

When creating a food I generally input the nutrients based on the 100 grams serving size on the label to avoid rounding errors if I input a smaller serving, but then I have to edit the food in the web app to add the actual serving size I use / size of packet.

Then the bug, if I add a serving size to a food I've just created with the phone app in the web app the phone app doesn't pick up the new serving size until I close the app and restart it.
