[bug] copying a recipe

In recipes:

Open a recipe

Save a copy

Open the copy

Edit the name

Delete an ingredient

Save

Look at your list of recipes. It's still called "Original Recipe Name [copy]"

I just did another one and it didn't have this problem. Hrm.
