Sync Error w/ Withings Healthmate
Good morning.
Today, i noticed that Cronometer was no longer syncing with Withings' HealthMate software. The Devices Section on Cronometer shows that withings is no longer synced - both on the android mobile app and the desktop website from a windows computer. And when I try to connect, nothing occurs on the desktop browser and an error populates on android app stating:
" Oops. Something has gone wrong. Unexpected error."
Withings suggest that it could be a API authentication issue and to reach out to the cronometer team.
Please advise on steps to resolve this technical issue. Thanks, - Drew

Exactly the same happened to me -- today.

Withings was having some issues; it looks like they may have been affected by an issue with their server hosting services but should be fixed now.

Still no luck, I cannot find a method to disassociate Cronometer from the Healthmate application. I'll reach out to Withings regarding that, but any further insight you may have would be greatly appreciated.

Update:
I re-connected to Withings right now -- succeeded -- Weight was imported successfully!
