raw vs cooked when creating recipe
When creating a new recipe that has, for example, spinach, should I be adding it as a raw ingredient (because that's what I'm adding to the recipe) or a cooked ingredient (since the final product that I'll be consuming will have cooked spinach)?

I'd definitely add Spinach, Raw - Food #455031, Data Source: NCCDB.
