New to Cronomete
Hello everyone🙂
I'm new to cronometer and looking for help on how to use it. Its confusing to me. I want to transition to a WFPB but dont understand when I've met the daily nutrient dense calorie goals.
Is there a place where I can input my nutrients t dense caloric goals please please help
