Web app thinks I haven't paid.
I reported this issue a week ago and nobody is replying to my emails. It won't let me use food groups, which is what I paid for, the phone app does. I've emailed support about it someone called Cassi replied but I've heard nothing since despite emailing requesting an update 3 days ago. Can someone please tell me what's going on and if I will ever get food groups back on the web app?
