I am currently a slave to the machine. I have to type at it all day long to enter foods one at a time. I don't have a life.
How do I just set the perfect Meal Plan and then forget it and then only use it for reference and typing in minor changes?
I would recommend creating a recipe to do this. Enter all your foods as "Ingredients" and then add the recipe to your diary, then right click to "Explode" the recipe into each of it's components. https://cronometer.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020618211-Crono-Hacks-for-Power-Users
