Thank you very much for the fast response. One of my daily meals is a very large salad of non-starchy vegetables with a homemade olive oil dressing. I'm always looking for ways to make it more palatable, more affordable, and more micronutrient dense. Red radish leaves are a recent discovery. Thanks again.
