Android app 3.2.6 blank diary page
My paid mobile app on the Android updated to 3.2.6 (beta?) yesterday, and since then the diary page has been blank. All the menu items are still visible and if I add a food, it does get stored and display on the web app, just nothing showing on the phone app. There doesn't seem to be an inherent phone function for me to roll back to the working 3.2.5. Could a dev please fix this? Thanks!
I have tried logging out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling, yelling at the phone.

Hi Vickie,
My apologies - this is a bug in the latest beta build. We will be getting a new one to you ASAP, but in the meantime, you can resolve this by making diary groups visible. Go to settings > Diary settings > Toggle on "Show Groups in Diary". Then you should be able to see all your entries! (If you're on the beta group you can also add bug reports like this to the Beta Testing Category)
Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the inconvenience!Hilary

@Hilary Unfortunately I can't toggle diary groups because my account on this app is a free account. Wasn't sure if this was a beta issue but I'll remember to report in the beta testing group as well next time. 👍

Yep this is a beta specific bug. Sorry about that! Hopefully it will be fixed soon! In the meantime please email support@cronometer.com from the email address associated with that account, and I will grant you gold for a week so you can use the account in the meantime until we get the fix out!

I also have this problem on my Gold subscription and am sure that "show groups in diary" is selected but still nothing shows. Just wait for the update?

Hi @youtarzanmekim are you in the beta testing group? This should only be occuring in the beta version. We have released a new build to the public beta testers to override this problem which you should be able to download now.
