What are the nutritional facts for Flax seed Gel?
I use flax seed Gel, made from simmer flax seeds to extract gel. Then I use only the gel for my egg replacement. What are the nutritional facts apply for this?

Hi @veganketo I use flax eggs as well, and simply add ground flax and water to my diary

I also use flax eggs, however with flax gel you the boil the whole seed to produce the gel and discard the seeds.
