Intermittent fasting Chart
Sorry if this has been requested before, however I would like to see a chart design for those of us who eat in a given time window (Intermittent fasting). Maybe taking out minimum of 20 calories or less for those of us who like a morning black coffee, and then track our consumption window, whether you are on 16:8 or 20:4

Any news as to this feature? I'm on a modified ADF diet and would like to track my fasts.

I saw the fasting menu last night. It is a good start but there needs to be more options for frequency. For me I would need a frequency choice of every other day or every 3rd day. Thanks.
