[BUG] Cannot Re-Order Items in Collapsible Food Diary

Running v 3.2.6 (484)

When attempting to re-order diary items via long-press + hold, the title bar of the diary group quickly flashes/highlights and returns to normal, and I'm not able to move the diary item I'd like to drag.
