Tracking Micros With and Without Supplements
Hi! I'm new here, and I searched; but I apologize if this has already been covered ...
Is there a way to track nutrients without including supplements (vitamins, etc.)? I'm trying to improve my diet, so it'd be helpful to know how much of my micros I'm getting from food. But I supplement with a multi-vitamin; and once I enter that, my targets just all hit 100%+. The obvious answer is to just not record the supplement, but that makes my obsessive soul die a little (and also seems like inaccurate info if I'm trying to track general health as well as diet change) ...
Thanks for any help / suggestions!
