I am not sure if upgrading to gold is worth it. Do we get help putting together meal plans?

I started off w/a Gold annual subscription but then intentionally let it expire to see what I really needed from it. After a year I became my own Food Oracle, etc. I was still going to renew Gold just b/c I want help support Cronometer which I use daily, but what I immediately missed was the simple groups. I can't live w/o the separate Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Stats (for Fitbit and scale imports), even though it's purely visual organization. Try it for a month, there's much more in Gold than just Food Oracle and grouping.

I would pay the extremely reasonable annual subscription just to support Cronometer, which has tons of nutritional data and provides a way to easily incorporate it into a food diary. At $3/mo, it’s a bargain. What does one drink at Starbucks cost? The GOLD plan adds more useful features, like grouping, and custom biometrics and charts. This can be very useful if you’re trying to see how or if your diet impacts pain levels or quality of sleep for example.
