Activity level
Hi, I sit at an office job five days a week but take part in a weekly spin class and do some weight training sessions too. I DO want to plug these exercise sessions in to my Cronometer diary so what should I be setting my activity levels to? I'm using the website and not the app. Thanks!

I would recommend settings your activity level to sedentary if you are logging your activities separately in this case.
