[Bug] Fasting clock missing 00:00 midnight time option

Cronometer beta version 3.3.0
Device: Google Pixel 3
OS: Android 10

On the phone app, the 24-hour clock rolling selection only has 1-23 for the hour, and 00-59 for the minutes. There is no way for me to specify a midnight start at 00:00.

Nice catch Vickie! Looks like we are missing it on the timestamp time picker too!
