Export Data, Custom Dates should be remembered

Also let us enter the dates from the keyboard! 10/17/2019 format. Far better than clicking on a calendar, especially when there is no option to skip in yearly increments!

Also, why can't ALL of the options (biometrics, daily summary, exercises, notes, and servings) all be combined into one master file. If this could be done, then not memorizing the custom dates wouldn't be so bad.
