Do I have to have a device in order to sync?
I set this up months ago while I was using a FitBit. Worked fine. Now, I was hoping to just use the app on my phone and the desktop to log food entries. What I log into the Desktop app syncs with the mobile app, but if I input it into the Mobile app, it doesn't sync with on the Desktop. What is going on? I've tried logging out/in each place and that doesn't work. Do I have to have a device to use this app?

hi @karlamarlene you may need to refresh the page to see the entries. make sure to double check that you are logged in to the same account on both mobile and web. If you continue to experience this problem, please email support@cronometer.com with screenshots of your diary, clearly indicating the discrepancies you see. Thanks!

I did refresh repeatedly but that didn't work. I contacted support and they seemed to indicate that it was not possible to do what I wanted to do but I think they merely glossed over my question. I thought it was absurd that I couldn't 2 way sync if the info is located in the cloud. So I finally to chuck Cronometer and uninstalled the mobile app from my phone. As a last resort I decided to reinstall it just to see, and it seems to be syncing both ways now. I'll contact support if it acts up again. Thanks for responding and taking the time to read my question thoroughly. Appreciate that!!!!
