Garmin connection broken (2019-11-20)

I wasn't getting my Garmin updates this morning, so I disconnected the Garmin "device", then went to reconnect and got an error screen
"Oops, something went wrong!
There was an error with this request."

The error occurred after I clicked through the authentication page at https://connect.garmin.com/oauthConfirm

The Garmin cloud customer facing page is up and showing my device data for this morning.
