Fasting import/export

First of all: love the new fasting feature! I've been tracking fasts using a custom biometric for a while now but being able to overlay the fasting data on other charts is useful.

Two things that would make this even better:
1. A way to export fasts as CSV so I can import the data into R for more complicated analysis than what's possible inside Cronometer.
2. A way to import fasts from CSV so I can backfill all the fasts that I did before this feature came out, rather than having to enter them in manually through the UI.
