Bar code scanner

I just got started today quite excited about this new app... however when i try to use the scanner it doesn't work. I even went to my mobile carrier store to get some help and they couldn't figure it out either! it is a shame because it sure would be SO much more convenient than to enter everything manually. Can someone tell me how to figure it out?

Hi! Could you explain more about how it isn't working? Does the app crash? Does it simply not pick up the barcode? If possible, please email support@cronometer.com with more details, including screenshots if possible!
