I have signed into my garmin account but the info is not showing on Cronometer.

  • I can’t even tell if my comment posted!! This was not helpful!!

  • There is no unlinking and relinking?? I don’t think it is linking. The wheel turns then just stops and goes to the page the lists all the devices.

  • Hi @Jagee can you please send a screenshot of the last page you get to before the spinner occurs to support@cronometer.com
    Thanks

  • Then I sign in, and agree to terms then it spins and goes back to the first screen shot.

@Jagee What version number of Cronometer are you using (You can find this listed at the bottom of your settings screen)? When it goes back to the first screen does the button then say "Unlink"?

  • 3.3.3. I have never seen anything that says unlink

  • I don’t think it is linking in the first place.

  • Thanks for your patience while we try to get to the bottom of this @Jagee. Can you also check if Cronometer is listed in your Garmin app as connected? To check this, log in to your garmin connect account via your web browser. Then click the profile and account icon in the top right corner and choose account settings. Click account information and scroll to the bottom. You will see Cronometer listed under the applications section here if you are linked.

  • Forget it!! You shouldn’t advertise that they can be connected or at tell people it is so complicated that the average person can’t figure out how to do it!! What a waste of time!!

  • Hi Jagee,
Sorry to hear you are frustrated with this. In general, the connection is very simple and requires only the tap of a button and your sign in information before it is linked. The steps I provided are in an effort to understand and fix the problem you are personally experiencing. This is not the way the garmin link is meant to be acting, and we would like to resolve it so that you can again easily link. No problem, if you aren't interested in following through the steps, you can simply leave it unlinked and log your exercise information manually or link to either google fit or apple health.

  • I'm having the same issue. I've checked my Garmin Connect and it doesn't show Cornometer. Here is what my account information
    page looks like.

  • Yes, I was getting the spinner on the web app when I was establishing the link. I just loaded the iPhone app this morning and it shows that the device is connected already.

  • OK...I fixed it. LOL The problem is that Garmin connect users might have 2 sign ons. One is for the Garmin Connect and the other might be for the discussion areas. I was using the later but have corrected it and using the former now. Connection and back data are now properly imported. THANKS!
