I've seen other discussions saying Fructose is listed in the diary but I'm not seeing it. I only have "sugars" in my diary. I checked settings and don't see a way to select for fructose content to appear.
Hi @Anonymoose2 you can view fructose! Keep in mind however, fructose is not listed for most branded products, so if you want to track fructose, ensure you are using lab analysed listings. To view fructose in your breakdown make sure it is marked as visible. Go to settings, then scroll down and tap nutrient targets on mobile (On web choose the targets tab then scroll to the bottom). Select the Carbohydrates section, and ensure fructose is marked as visible.
