I bought the annual gold subscription and was charged yet it does not activate. When clicking restore it says no active subscription but when I click on the subscribe button it says I have an active subscription. I am on iPhone 11 Pro iOS 13.3
Hi @j_brown95 try restoring your purchase if you have purchased via the apple store. Go to the settings tab then tap on the subscriptions section and select "restore" in the top right corner.
