Middle of the say, I have almonds on the table. I want to quickly find out if I eat them, what missing nutrients will I get (or what nutrients will I be in excess if I eat the almonds)
Another way to do this would be to allow me to take few food items and compare them against my daily status (what I already ate). For instance, I have in the fridge Lasagna, Chickpeas humus, Noodles with Tofu, and I can make salad. So I'd like to know which of the options I have would be the best to have for dinner.
