Is the entry for "Pork Fat" for rendered/liquid fat, or solid fat trimmed from meat...?

I noticed there's an entry in the app for Pork Fat, but I'm not sure whether it's referring to rendered liquid fat or fat that has been trimmed from meat. Does anyone happen to know which it is...? Thank you!
