Confused on energy totals vs calorie balance for the day?
I can't seem to find a way to match my energy totals for the day to my calorie deficit. I'm relying on the energy totals to ensure I'm losing weight .. but when I look at my calorie deficit, it shows I still have more to consume. I've tried changing BMR (and activity level is set to none) ... with .5 lbs loss per week. It's just confusing. I wish I could just look at deficit balance and not have to know that in order to keep losing .5lbs a week, I need to ignore and look at the energy total.
