Cronometer help... daily kcal seems really low. How can I change it?
Hello Everybody,,
Take a look at my screenshots of my Cronometer App please.
I’m new to Keto and to Cronometer.
According to my BMR/TDEE, I’ve calculated my daily allowance of kcal/Calories to fall in the 20-30% deficit zone of 1241-1418.
However, my Cronometer has me set at 851 after I enter my current stats and a weight goal of -2 lbs per week till I reach my goal weight.
That’s seems crazy low for a daily. I’m trying to understand why the app has it set that way and how to change it so that it puts me at a better daily allowance that doesn’t seem so unhealthy if you will.

Hi @Ravenclau,
Adding a weight goal to your Cronometer settings will apply the deficit. So, if you are hoping to run an energy deficit for weight loss, this is already calculated.
