First time user and I'm impressed so far
Hi everyone Just started using Chronometer... I'm very impressed with the level of recording micro and macro nutrients.... can't wait to see the results in a month!! Any tips for recording water intake for the day?

Welcome. You can record water the same as any food. I set mine to ounces because I know how many ounces my glasses & water bottles hold. I include my water with my saved meals so I don't constantly have to add a glass here & there. Also, I have a group I use just for extra water that I consume outside of meal time, and it's more of a running total.
