Custom Charts - Left/Right Y Axis

When someone creates a Custom Chart with a left and right y axis, but then later "re-purposes" the chart for just a left Y axis, there is no way to delete the right Y axis. [I "re-purpose" charts in order to maintain a higher-up position in a list of charts that I have.]
