Let us add nutrients please

I see multiple requests to add Boron (which I'd really like too) to the nutrient list, and I caught a glimpse of a request for Cobalt, which seems reasonable. Maybe rather than ask you to add each nutrient we want, you could let us add add nutrients? You already let us add and customize foods. This seems like a needed customization.
