This weeks weight loss successes, evaluations & plans
Trying to switch up the diet to a pollo/pescatarian style. I'm surprised at ideas where we're actually successful and avoiding red meat (Dr.'s suggestion.) I didn't do the fitness I promised myself and so I didn't have the successes I hoped for.
I'm switching Wine to a Virgin Mary at night.
1 hour of activity a day
(I already switched margarine/mayonnaise for mashed avocado...delicious)
