My 1860 calories split doesn't add up according to individual macros. So, even though my macros have not been met, Cronometer shows I've already exceeded my target when I've hit 101 protein, 139 carbs and 24.6 fat. Any ideas why this would be?
The calculations should be as follows:
150g protein 600 calories
180g carbs 720 calories
60g fat 540 calories
