Help with determining fat %

I purchased the new and improved Atkins diet book. I totally get the measuring of net carbs and protein. What I can't figure out is how much fat to enter into the chronometer. Does anyone have any insights on this? I'm not ready to go Keto even tho I do believe in it as a solid diet. I like to eat my 4 oz of protein per meal. Thanks in advance! Laurel
