Bug: Can't Recategorize Foods

I'm running v3.6.0 (b814-AB-S1) on a Pixel 4A (Android 11: RQ1A.210105.002) and cannot move foods from one meal to another. I can add new foods to a meal using the green + button next to the meal, but I cannot move them into a new meal. The drag and drop action moves the food to a random meal instead of to the one I drop it into.

(Separately, my Google Fit integration seems to not be moving my exercise over as of the past few days, as well).
