[Bug] Nutrition score rounding in web vs mobile apps

There seem to be decimal rounding discrepancies for % values (see screenshots). The issue is present in other score tabs (electrolytes, minerals etc.) as well. Not a big deal, only 1% off, but still different. Probably due to rounding within the mobile and web apps using different approaches.
