macros full, Kcal still halfway
Almost every day My macros are at the daily target by lunch time. However my daily caloric Kcal intKe lags behind.
I am super fat. 380 pounds. I am shooting for 2200 Kcal. But the fat and protein stack up fast and so does Carbs if I am not careful.
How do I balance out good clean energy with those other things. Is it all in the veggies?
