Macro targets keep going up as I add food to my diary throughout the day
I don't understand why this keeps happening. If I haven't entered any food, my macro targets are 70/60/31, but as soon as I start entering food into the diary, the target numbers go up. I added only scrambled eggs and coffee and it increased each target by 3 grams. I can't possibly hit my macros as every time I eat this happens. I've seen my protein target go up as high as 140! I can't eat that much protein, I'm only 130 pounds for Pete's sake.

Check your energy settings. Do you have TEF turned on?
Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.

Thanks P0wer-lifter, I do.

TEF doesn't seem to make a difference either way

I figured it out - it changes when I add in an exercise due to my caloric needs going up to meet my daily calorie goal. That then causes my macros needed to shoot up as well.
