Can you remove an entire day from your diary so it doesn't effect overall trends?

There are some days where I don't have the time or energy to enter everything that I've consumed. If I don't enter any food one day, it shows a deficit of 1400 calories, or more if I exercise and the data transfer from my apple watch.
I am wondering if there is a way to remove an entire day from your diary so that it doesn't affect overall trends?

    You can set your trends to only include “completed” days. Just set days you want to include as complete. Days you don’t want to include, don’t set as complete. Then in trends just include completed days in either the graph or nutrition report.
