I love the app, and use it every day all the time when i cook and exercise,
weghing myself it takes the weight directly from my smart scale via apple healthkit ! that's the last hurdle when weighing stuff on my smart kitchen scale (i do it all the time a lot and it is a drag to have to type everything into chronometer - it breaks your flow when cooking)
