Error saving to platform
On iOS 3.10.2 (b1021-if-s) when making any edit to food log. This started a couple of days ago and is happening on latest beta as well. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled with no joy. Screenshot attached

Hi @p0wer_lifter
We're sorry to hear that this is happening! What type of change are you making to the entry when this is happening (changing timestamp, serving size).
If you go to Apple Health app > Browse tab > Nutrition, does the information match the data in Cronometer?
Thanks for your patience while we investigate this issue!
Best,

Hi, @Marie_Eve_Cronometer , thanks for responding.
I don’t sync nutrition info to Apple Health. I do sync weight and that matches. The error appears when editing qty of an existing food, I don’t use timestamps. It does not appear when adding or deleting a food.

@p0wer_lifter
Awesome, thanks for the additional details! I'm relieved to hear that your weight is syncing just fine!
We're investigating why this error message keeps appearing and we're hoping to have it removed in the next update
Cheers,
Marie-Eve

Getting the same problem here as well. Been going on for over a week. I’m also getting more crashes. Last night the app froze up my phone twice and I had to reboot my phone to get it working.
iPhone 12 Plus Max running 14.7.1
Correction: this is only happening when updating an existing item. Not when adding or deleting an item.
