Prompt to upgrade to gold

As a gold user I'm getting prompted to upgrade to gold, this is wrong.

Also, getting prompted to fill a query. There's a reward, Garmin watch, so I thought - Lets go for it!! So I did, weird enough stage 15 out of 18, when it asks for the email was the last, anybody else? Still getting prompted to fill the query again, but everytime I click it says I already did it!

And I am a free user, yet I got prompted to fill in the survey for gold users.
