Adaptive calorie target based on fixed weight goal

I'd like the setting for "Set Weight Goal" to have another option:

Fixed weight goal (e.g. 145 pounds).

Why? Because weight fluctuates, and so should the targets.
I want the "Weight Goal" to be adaptive and adjust target intake/burn calories if I'm over or under the weight goal.
