I use a non-powered treadmill. I can tell from the amount of effort I have to put in that the Hard setting on treadmills is way too low. This is only allowing about 4.5 kcal per minute. The non-powered treadmill must at least 6/min taking it moderately and I reckon about 8 when going fast. I am wondering if anyone has a figure for this and it Non-powered could be added. It would still need the three stages Light, Medium, Hard.
