T-Mobile updated phone, now I can't search foods

I just got a T-Mobile update on my phone this morning. Now when I search, nothing come up. Completely empty database. Even something as simple as 'chicken'. Anyone else with T-Mobile experience the same thing?

    Have you logged out of your account on the phone and logged back in? If so, log out, deleted app, reinstall app and log back in. That may help...if not, I would reach out to support and not post on the forum pages.
