Cronometer show "Weight Gain" when I'm trying to lose 21 lbs?
It says I need to be consuming more than 3000 calories per day. I'm trying to go from 211 to 190. Doesn't sound like a plan to me. What am I doing wrong? Any ideas?

Move this slider down, toward the left (enough so that the Rate changes to "Lose weight"), and then report back?

Ah!! That did it. Didn't realize that was a manual setting. Just dropped my calorie target by 1,300. Much appreciated!!!
