Significant variance in NCCDB and brand-provided chicken thigh nutrition

The nutrition information for this product is available on the site above and shows 140kcal for 113g of chicken thigh, but since it's a fresh product with no label on the actual item itself I opted to use the NCCDB skinless chicken thigh which is listed at 195kcal per 113g. Not a huge difference by itself but over an entire week could lead to an entire ~1000kcal of over or under eating. If NCCDB is assuming the food is cooked I'm still not sure that explains the variance?
