KJ or Kcal

I have a food item I am trying to create but the numbers are not lining up

On the packaging it says "1496 KJ and 363 kcal." however those number does not match if I put them into a converter or when entering the food
If I enter 363 kcal it puts 1519 KJ
If I enter 1496 KJ it put 357 kcal

Which number should I go by when creating the food?

Note: I am in Denmark, so european labels

Comments

  • It doesn't matter. The numbers are within 2% of each other, and the margin of on nutrition labels is 20%. The actual value could be anywhere between 290kcal and 430kcal, which makes 357/363 practically the same number.
