Add macro kcal to export

The amount of information in the daily summary export is wonderful. However, for Protein, Carbs, Fat, and Alcohol, it would be helpful to have the kcal amount, in addition to the grams. That would make it easier to build my own reports and experiment with adjustments based on percentage of total calories.

As it stands, I export the daily summary, then copy & paste the kcal amounts for each day in the web UI.
