Look in 'foods' at:

I have pre-cooked this bacon (it comes in 2lb packages, FYI).
So I get out 5 oz of cooked bacon. Do I enter 5 oz in the amount of this food that I had for lunch?
Or is that pre-cooked weight? I would bet that 16 oz pre-cooked might result in just 5 oz of cooked bacon. But no way should I enter 16 oz - much of the fat has been cooked off - but not all.
Sorry if this was asked before. I did not search the forums today :-)
